ParkerVision Inc. (PRKR), the patent licensing company run by CEO Jeffrey Parker, said its hearing at the International Trade Commission against Qualcomm Inc., Apple Inc., and LG Electronics has been rescheduled to begin March 13, 2017.

Jacksonville, Florida-based ParkerVision said the hearing, which previously had been scheduled for August of 2016, was delayed by the ITC for medical reasons. No other details were given.

The company also said its hearing in Munich Regional Court for its German infringement action against LG is scheduled to be held on November 10. The company said it expects a decision in this German case shortly after the hearing.

ParkerVision said the Munich Regional Court previously ordered a settlement conference between the parties as part of the hearing and has encouraged the parties to be prepared to negotiate for an overall settlement of all disputes between the parties, as opposed to the German action alone.

Parker said in a statement that the action in Germany is moving along at a rapid pace. “We look forward to a near-term resolution in that jurisdiction.”
