Aurelian IP Management LP, an affiliate of private non-practicing entity IP Valuation Partners LLC, filed patent infringement actions against Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co., Oracle Corp. and Fair Isaac Corp., alleging infringement of a patent for processing free-form data.
